GOOD Based on 796 reviews Posted on Gale Hill There isn't a bad word to be said about The Ragged Cot. The Sunday lunch was the best I've ever had, followed by an equally incredible dessert. Despite arriving without a reservation, we were promptly seated. The service was five-star, with everything arriving promptly. The roast was incredible, with generous portions and fantastic meat, potatoes, and vegetables. The dessert was just as fantastic. I wish I lived closer to be a regular visitor.Posted on Jenni Barrow My friends booked me an afternoon tea, as a treat, at 12pm. We had a warm welcome, fresh tasty variety of food and good coffee. We would definitely go back there.Posted on Justin Lea Visited for Sunday lunch. Meals were well cooked, presented and tasty. Service was very good and genuine. Only small spoiler was discretionary service, applied to food before discount taken off for 2 course meal offer. Overall worth a visit.Posted on Conor Mayo Excellent lunch in a friendly gastro pub - will definitely come again. Good choice of meals, sweets and wines served with a smile.!Posted on David Manley Wonderful food, friendly staff. Definitely coming back 😀
